Barbara Milbourn

Barbara Milbourn's career in real estate spans thirty years in four states beginning as support for the sale of raw land in California's Antelope Valley and ending as property manager for Nashville's historic L & C Tower. In between, she opened a Trammell Crow Company office in Baton Rouge, LA to manage Class A, four-building office campus. She was recruited to Austin, TX where she managed suburban office, a retail center, Class A high rise in the CBD, and an upscale homeowner association. She's held a broker license, the RPA designation by Building Owners & Managers, and was a former officer and president of Commercial Real Estate Women of Nashville.

In 2007 while serving as an officer in Toastmasters International, Barbara retired from real estate and began a work-from-home ghostwriting, editing, and proofreading business for budding authors.

Having returned to middle Tennessee in 2020 after four years in southeastern Arizona, Barbara returned to commercial real estate in a different capacity. She combines her business acumen with her past real estate experience to provide office and property research support.
