Jo Craig

Jo Craig has over 35 years of commercial real estate finance experience. Her professional history has included everything from Affiliate Broker to Controller of companies such as Freeman Companies/SEC Realty, Eakin and Smith/Highwoods Properties, HD Realty, Chas. Hawkins Company and The Stanton Group.

Prior to Momentum, Jo served as the Accounting Manager for The Stanton Group, a full-service woman-owned business that managed and leased over 1 million square feet of commercial property. Jo's 35 years of commercial financial experience covers all facets of the industry including Property Management, Accounting Management, Facility Management, and Asset Management of industrial, retail, office and medical office properties.

Jo has served on the boards of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Nashville Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the local chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
