Lori Jacobs

Lori joined the Momentum team in 2019 as Property Manager, overseeing and directing operations of a portfolio of Class A office and medical office buildings. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Lori understands how important an effective and proficient management plan is to a company's bottom line. She creates an overall strategy for each property, improving asset value by wisely reducing expenses and increasing income. From formulating budgets and managing personnel to administration of lease terms and planning construction for tenant build-out, Lori is well qualified to provide Momentum's clients with advice and hands-on property management skills.

Lori began her career at Duke Construction LP in 1998, for nearly 10 years providing support to multiple levels of management, maintaining job files, coordinating meetings, and processing pay applications for multiple projects. Her later association with Fresenius Medical Care Real Estate and Construction Services, Evergreen Real Estate/Construction, and a commercial flooring construction company deepened her knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and enabled her to perform with excellence the complex requirements of property management.
