Sharon Emerson

Sharon Emerson is the founder and CEO of Momentum. Her passion for integrity, knowledge and impeccable service are the cornerstones upon which Momentum was built.

Prior to starting Momentum, Sharon served as CEO of The Stanton Group, a full-service woman-owned business that managed and leased over 1 million square feet of commercial property. She began her career in 1996 as an affiliate broker with a newly formed industrial real estate company before moving to a position as Sales Manager for Regus Business Centers. After opening three locations for Regus, she joined locally based Market Land Company as affiliate broker. Market Land developed, owned, and operated 26 Kroger centers in 5 states.

With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Sharon has been involved in all phases of real estate including brokerage, management and maintenance, and development of industrial, retail, office, and medical office properties. In her career she has successfully completed over $100 million in leasing and sales transactions.

Sharon sits on the board of The Fountains of Musica, The Alternative Board (TAB), the Board of Equalization for Davidson County, and formerly the Nashville Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She is a current member of the local chapters of CCIM, Women in Healthcare, Urban Land Institute, the Nashville Area chamber of Commerce, and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of which she serves as chair of the medical committee.

Sharon earned her degree from David Lipscomb University.
