Treven Foriest

Treven Foriest has more than 25 years of experience in property maintenance and engineering. Treven is responsible for ensuring all managed properties are fully operational. Daily he addresses tenant work orders and travels between the buildings performing site inspections and preventive maintenance. He develops necessary manuals for operating equipment, performs test and balance reports, and works with the Property Manager concerning capital plans. In addition to his hands-on skills as Maintenance Technician and Facility Manager, Treven is experienced in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and all aspects of Microsoft applications.

Prior to joining Momentum, Treven was the Maintenance Technician at Lakeshore Estates (a 120-bed assisted living facility) for 5 years before being promoted to Facility Maintenance Director. From 1993 to 1995 Treven worked as a Maintenance Technician for Nashville Wire Products where he performed industrial maintenance on electrical press welding equipment and powder paint applications. He served in the US Army from 1995 - 1999 as a communications specialist doing maintenance and repair on communications equipment. When his four-year term ended, he returned to Tennessee and worked in the Dickson area for 10 years overseeing safety, equipment repair, building and grounds maintenance for Jackson Academy and Watson Real and Supply where he also worked on small engines and heavy rental equipment.

He is a U. S. Veteran, honorably discharged.

In February 2022, Treven earned his Electrical Service Protocol Tech Level 5 certification.
